Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SIEGEVAULT ("we," "us," or "our") and any services provided through our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
We operate as an independent service facilitating access to digital products or services. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with such changes taking effect upon publication.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
By using our services, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, or joint venture between you and SIEGEVAULT.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SIEGEVAULT regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using SIEGEVAULT, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when interacting with our platform. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse or deny service at any time
- suspend or terminate access where fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected
- terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms
You agree not to use SIEGEVAULT for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
Account Sales
SIEGEVAULT provides a sourcing and facilitation service only and does not act as a platform operator, publisher, or original provider of any third-party accounts or services.
SIEGEVAULT facilitates the sourcing and transfer of digital products or services based on user requests.
We do not guarantee:
- availability of any specific product
- continued access after transfer
- compatibility with third-party platforms
Once a transfer has been completed and confirmed, responsibility for the product and its continued use transfers fully to the user.
We do not guarantee the continued recognition of ownership or access by any third-party platform after delivery.
Users acknowledge that third-party platforms may enforce their own rules, policies, or restrictions which are outside of our control.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of any product or service complies with the terms and policies of any third-party platform.
SIEGEVAULT does not own, operate, or control any third-party platforms associated with the products or services provided.
All transfers are considered final once delivery has been completed and confirmed.
Delivery is defined as the successful transfer of access credentials or control of the requested product or service to the user.
It is the user's responsibility to:
- secure the product after transfer
- update any associated credentials where applicable
- comply with any third-party platform policies
We are not responsible for:
- actions taken by third-party platforms after transfer
- account suspensions, restrictions, or reversals
- user mishandling after delivery
Delivery Confirmation
We maintain records of delivery, including timestamps and communication logs confirming successful transfer.
These records shall serve as evidence of fulfillment in the event of any dispute.
Use of Automation Tools / Macros
SiegeVault may offer software configurations, input scripts, or automation tools (including but not limited to recoil control macros) intended for use with compatible hardware and user environments.
These tools are provided strictly for private use and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any game developer, publisher, or platform provider.
By purchasing or using such tools, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
- The use of macros, scripts, or automation tools may violate the terms of service or acceptable use policies of certain games or platforms.
- SiegeVault makes no guarantees regarding undetectability, continued functionality, or compliance with any third-party service.
- The user assumes full responsibility for any consequences resulting from use, including but not limited to account suspension, restriction, or termination.
- SiegeVault is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or penalties incurred as a result of use.
All tools are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Platform and Detection Disclaimer
SiegeVault does not market, promote, or guarantee the bypassing of anti-cheat systems, detection mechanisms, or platform safeguards. Any use of the provided tools in such a manner is solely at the discretion and risk of the user.
Payment
All payments must be completed in full before any transfer or delivery process begins, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Payments are considered final once processed. By completing a payment, you agree that:
- you are authorized to use the payment method
- you will not initiate unjustified chargebacks or disputes
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction prior to delivery at our sole discretion.
We maintain internal records of all transactions, communications, and delivery confirmations.
Any attempt to initiate a fraudulent chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal after successful delivery may result in:
- permanent denial of service
- evidence submission to payment providers
- escalation through appropriate channels
We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service where suspicious or high-risk payment behavior is detected.
Refund Policy:
All payments are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases where:
- the requested product or service cannot be delivered, and
- no reasonable alternative or replacement can be provided
Refunds will NOT be issued where:
- delivery has been successfully completed
- the user changes their mind after purchase
- issues arise due to third-party platform actions or policies
Any approved refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
No Guarantees
All services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- uninterrupted access
- error-free operation
- outcomes on third-party platforms
Users assume full responsibility for any use of products or services obtained through SIEGEVAULT.
Users acknowledge that all products or services involving third-party platforms carry inherent risk.
We do not guarantee the longevity, stability, or continued accessibility of any product after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SIEGEVAULT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, loss of profits, or third-party account actions.
You agree that your use of SIEGEVAULT is at your sole risk.
Under no circumstances shall SIEGEVAULT be held liable for:
- third-party enforcement actions
- account losses resulting from platform policy violations
- user negligence or failure to secure access
Maximum Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service in question.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no claim may be brought against SIEGEVAULT more than 30 days after the date of the transaction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These limitations apply regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Users agree to first contact SIEGEVAULT directly to resolve any issue before initiating external disputes, chargebacks, or legal claims.
Failure to do so may be considered a breach of these Terms.
